Our Story
We began serving businesses throughout the United States in the summer of 2008. Our company was originally going to be an informational website, sharing what we knew about the equipment finance world, but we could see our expertise was still needed. The equipment finance industry can be a scary place to play if you don't know what you're doing so we are here to help every business we can, answer every question honestly and provide exceptional customer service along the way.
From the minute we receive a new finance application, everyone involved will be updated. We never want a potential customer or a vendor partner wondering what the status of an application is, so our promise to you is that we will always do everything we can to keep you updated, from beginning to end. We understand our customers and vendor relationships are what keep us in business so taking excellent care of you will always be our top priority.

Kristin bennett
Founder & CEO
As founding member & CEO of FinCap, LLC, Kristin is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the company, which includes overseeing the Credit, Funding, Technology and Accounting Teams. She discovered the equipment financing and leasing industry after leaving the residential mortgage industry in 2005.
Outside of business, Kristin loves riding her Harley Davidson motorcycle and spending time with family & friends.
Sean Hilliard
President
Sean serves as the President of FinCap, LLC and is primarily responsible for the company’s Business Development endeavors, which includes overseeing both the Direct and Vendor Services Teams. He has 25 plus years of combined experience in the Investment Banking and Financing industries (with many thousands of transactions under his belt).
When outside of the office, Sean enjoys spending time with his family (including his dog), outdoor sporting activities, traveling and coaching youth sports (Sean is also an avid sports fan).
